If you have trouble using the Materials Project API, please try the following before asking questions on our forum. If you're still having problems, make sure to report your Python version, mp-api package version, the specific line of code you're trying to run, and any other relevant information about your system.

• Try updating the mp-api package by pip install --upgrade mp-api or similar.
